Grief is a response that we experience to loss. Research studies have shown that resiliency is the process that helps us to adapt and grow in response to loss and traumatic life events.

In this video, Therapist Nichole, shares about working through the pain of loss.


If we were to truly embrace how mental health plays into physical health (which is often the most blatant and obvious), we would understand that we first need to deal with our mindset, mental wellness, and perspective in order to live a fruitful life. This includes addressing grief, the faulty narratives that were created as a result of our past, and our fears about the future as a result of previous life experiences.
