Pioneering can be hard. History in time has shown us that if you are going to be a trailblazer, it will come with some levels of pushback, difficulty, rejection, loss, pain, and suffering. But the other part of this truth is that for the Believer in Christ, we have the gift of the Holy Spirit to help us; that is exciting! There is a reward on the other side of the opposition. What does pioneering a community look like? It starts with the passionate initiative of a person and thrives by the ignition of sparks of passion in people.

In this episode, Manny Benton, former NFL journalist, Pastor, and Founder of the Grafted App, joins Equalla in a conversation on leading the way into new communal territory.

It's easy to lose sight of the vision and mission of why we do what we do. Remembering the "why" factor will help us to stay on track and keep us humble during the process of our leadership journey.
